Okusi Associates does not offer virtual office services, in Bali or anywhere else. What we provide is a formal, supervised company domicile: your company’s registered legal address at our own building in Kuta — Okusi’s home in Bali since 2006 — for the period in which your business does not yet have a stable operating address of its own.
Why this distinction matters in Bali
Since May 2026 the Bali Provincial Government has closed OSS licensing access for foreign-investment (PMA) companies across 18 business classifications, after finding that low-substance companies — many operating from registered addresses and virtual offices — were using low-risk licensing categories to enter sectors reserved for local businesses. Scrutiny of companies domiciled at service providers’ addresses is now real and active.
That is precisely why our domicile service is structured the way it is: every company registered at our address is supervised, fully reported, and expected to be on a path to its own premises. We do not register companies seeking an address and nothing more.
Who this service is for
Company domicile with Okusi is a bridge, not a destination. It suits companies in early-stage establishment whose permanent premises are not yet ready — premises under construction or fit-out not yet holding building approval (PBG, formerly IMB), or a location still being finalised.
The best registered address for any company is its own premises, with the appropriate building approval in place. When your location is ready, we manage the formal change of registered address as part of this service.
Conditions of service
Domiciled companies are required to:
- Lodge all original company documents — Deed of Establishment, articles, licences — at our Kuta office. Where originals must be produced in person (for example, opening a bank account), they are accompanied by an Okusi officer.
- Take an appropriate accounting and tax reporting package from Okusi — Accountancy & Tax Reporting - Non-VAT Company (US$ 1,712/year) for non-VAT companies or Accountancy & Tax Reporting - VAT Company (US$ 2,210/year) for VAT-registered companies. A significant additional cost, and not optional.
- Use Okusi for all changes to the company’s articles and licences, including the change-of-address process when you move to your own premises.
- Use Okusi for all visa and work permit matters relating to the company’s foreign personnel.
- Remain in good standing with the Tax Office and with the local community in which the company operates — in Bali this includes the banjar, and it is not a formality.
Your company may not represent that it operates from our premises.

Is this the right service for you?
This is neither a cheap nor an “easy” option, and it is not for everyone. The true annual commitment is the domicile fee plus the mandatory accounting and tax package. If you want a low-cost Bali address with minimal substance, Okusi is not the right provider — and in today’s Bali, that model is exactly what the provincial government is dismantling. If your company has, or can secure, its own premises with proper building approval, register there.
