The Indonesian “Golden Visa”, or Business and Investment Visa, allows foreign investors and business owners to live and work in Indonesia while overseeing their investments or business operations in the country.

Proof of Immigration Guarantee

Each visa type has different immigration guarantee requirements, please find the provisions below:

• E28B — Investors establishing a company in Indonesia: minimum investment of US$2,500,000 for a 5-year permit, or US$5,000,000 for a 10-year permit
• E28C — Investors who do not intend to establish a company: minimum placement of US$350,000 (5-year permit) or US$700,000 (10-year permit) in Indonesian government bonds, shares of publicly listed companies, or bank deposits
• E28D — Directors or commissioners of companies to be established in Indonesia: available where the corporate investor commits at least US$25,000,000 (5-year permit) or US$50,000,000 (10-year permit)
