Note: Okusi's Business Visa and Work Permit services are only available to companies that have been established by Okusi or to companies that have had an ownership or compliance change facilitated by Okusi.
The Investor KITAS (e-ITAS, visa index E28A) is intended for foreign investors who hold shares of at least Rp10,000,000,000 (ten billion rupiah) in an Indonesian PMA company. The benefits of the Investor KITAS are the ease of application and exemption from the work permit process: no RPTKA ratification is required and no DKP-TKA fee is payable for the position held in your own company.
Two durations are available under the E28A index:
- 12-month stay permit: requires a valid passport (with at least 6 months’ remaining validity) and evidence of shareholding in the PMA company registered with the Ministry of Investment and Downstream Industry (OSS system).
- 24-month stay permit: the document requirements are the same as for the 12-month option.
Stay permits are now issued electronically, and the e-ITAS includes a multiple re-entry permit — no separate MERP document is required.
This is a complete package, and includes the following:
- Application for the limited stay visa via the official portal (evisa.imigrasi.go.id)
- Issuance of the electronic ITAS (KITAS)
- Multiple re-entry permit, included with the e-ITAS
