Family and dependent stay permits are issued under the E31 visa index.\n* __Re-Entry Permit:__ A multiple re-entry permit is now included automatically in the electronic KITAS (e-ITAS). Your dependents can travel in and out of Indonesia multiple times during their stay without applying for a separate MERP.\n\n#### Who is Eligible for a Dependents KITAS?\n\nThe following family members are eligible:\n\n- Legally married spouse\n- Unmarried children under 18 years old\n- Older unmarried children who are still financially dependent on you may qualify in limited cases — contact us to confirm current eligibility\n\nNote: This type of KITAS does not entitle the holder to work in Indonesia.
